We had a great stay in this hotel, with clean rooms and good toiletries. The hotel facilities were great, and we loved the dining atmosphere and brilliant Pina Coladas. The central location made it easy for us to walk around this authentic city and discover public art. The staff were friendly and obliging, making us feel welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The classic design and beautiful verandah gave it a charming and elegant atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed dining outside under the fairy lights, it created a lovely ambience.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends. With its convenient location in a working area of the port, it gives guests a unique experience.

The hotel's rustic feel and presentation of bar and outdoor dining facilities were a highlight. The food at the restaurant was awesome, especially the Cheeseburger Americano and the Best Bloody Mary and Mojito in Australia. The friendly staff were a plus and made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay.
The prices of the drinks were high and the cocktails were weak, which was a disappointment. The room I stayed in was dark and in need of better lighting, with a very high rail for clothes hanging that needed a step-ladder.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of staying in a room that was clean, comfortable and provided a nice view of the area. The staff were very welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel is in close proximity to several public areas including the restaurant, lounge bar, and has a great location right by the port. The breakfast was satisfying and the lounge bar offered a great range of drinks. The hotel also has air conditioning that keeps the temperature comfortable.
It's a shame that the Wi-Fi was not great as it was difficult to stay connected during my stay.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was close to my workplace and other shops. the hotel's free parking service and available room service were very convenient for me during my business trip.
The air conditioner in my room was not functional. Despite my complaints, the hotel staff did nothing to help, and the room was freezing amidst the hot weather of the city.
